This brand seems to help more than just plain turmeric w inflammation & pain. Bear in mind, if you have any bleeding or hemmorage disorders, you may want to ask the doctor because it does accelerate bleeding. I would also recommend eating something first before taking it but it does work!

I do suffer from migraines & more often severe headaches. If I can catch one early enough & take two of these, surprisingly I have found I can get relief. Once you already have one though, it lessened it but didn't have the strength to knock it out. If you know your body & when a headache is coming on or just suffer from mild headaches I would recommend this. Who doesn't like something natural going in your body!

Not sure.... didn't really stop headaches but magnesium is good for you anyway.

I try to avoid over the counter pain killers for my frequent headaches, and sometimes topical treatments just don't cut it. I was excited to try this remedy based on reviews and the fact that other Terry Naturally products have worked well for my family members. Unfortunately, this is not the case for me. This product hasn't even touched my headache pain, and the exorbitant cost is just insult to injury. I'm frustrated and disappointed. No side effects that I can tell, it just DOESN'T WORK.
