I have been only using for about 10 days now , but couldn’t believe how good this tablets are. I have been waking up nights and unable to sleep properly for months and accidentally came across this product. Since day one I realised a change in my toilet behaviour, but waited until now to write a proper review. I take one tablet with lot of water around evening. I have the best sleep after months and feel more healthier and fresh in the morning. I will recommend this 100%.

I don’t often write reviews but felt this product deserves being shouted about. Had issues with excessive hair shedding for almost a year. Tried numerous other products, GP, blood tests etc with no luck on anything working. Came across pumpkin seed oil and did a lot of researching before trying. BINGO … my hair stopped shedding within a month. The added bonus is I also rarely need to get up in the night to use the toilet anymore. Just ordered my second packet and will be keeping this product as part of my daily supplement routine. If this is something you are considering all I can say is give it a go the results speak for themselves.

Ive been taking these for just over 2 weeks and although early days because I think you have to take them for around 12 weeks before you see results I definitely feel they are making a difference with my bladder!So many benefits, hair loss, heart health, mental health and they are anti inflammatory too so help with joints as well.Easy to swallow and I normally have trouble taking tablets but found these easy.So I am going to continue taking them. I take recommended dose of 3 capsules as stated on packaging.

I'm always very sceptical of supplements and their effectiveness but I have to say I am very impressed with this product. I have researched a bit about pumpkin seed oil as I suffer from incontinence since menopause and have had interrupted sleep for a long time as have to go to the loo to pee anywhere between 1-3 times a night. I have an overactive bladder but didn't want the medication prescribed my gp so thought I would try this. I'm so glad I did as I feel even within the space of a week, my bladder seems to have 'calmed' down and last night I actually slept through for the first time in a long time. Will definitely be buying more. My only negative with these is the capsule is quite large.
