Be aware that if your ground has clay, a lot of the water will just bubble up the side of the stake to the surface, so you'll have to have your water on pretty low to avoid lots of runoff. The stake seems pretty strong, durable. The fertilizer attachment works great. It's nice that there is an on/off valve built into the unit, makes it very user friendly.
