Have seen other types of breathing trainers, but this is good for just sitting in your chair watching a show. How do you recommend it could tell an instant difference. It’s since been using it. I only have to use it once or twice a week. I wouldn’t use this while running or exercising because it’s not made to hold your mouth while you’re doing that other than that I recommend I think it would be perfect for elderly in nursing homes. Don’t take that the wrong way works for me doctor approved.

I recommend this for COPD if you don’t already have a similar device
It’s good lung exercise but I was just hoping it was better (tougher to exhale) than other tools that my respiratory therapist recommended years ago. I even bought another brand but they were almost identical.

Looks like a toy but its very effective.
This item looks like kids toys but is very effective, i suffer from COPD and this Breathing trainer has been a great help for me and my lungs. every time i use it i feel much better and it clear up my chest congestion's !

Poor quality
Speaking as a SLP, this thing is trash. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get The Breather. I bought this one so I could demo to my patients, and I wanted a different color than what my patients get. It’s good enough for demo, but I would not recommend it for therapy.

This is sort of odd to use. It doesnt feel like it works as well as the ones they give you to use at the hospital. It's fine, but I wouldn't purchase again.

Choose this brand! Same features as the much more expensive brand!
This has all the same features of the more expensive one. Good quality! Good price! Save $20 and choose this one. Adjustable for both inhale and exhale at the same or different levels.

It stopped working after 1 first week. The inhale got obstructed. Never buy cheap
