Very happy with the quality of this beautiful candle. Love the smell and the crackling wick. It was delivered beautifully wrapped and packed. Will definitely be getting some more of these after this one is over.

Its a great smelling candle in beautiful packaging but I wish the fact that the wick crackles was made clear in the product description as I do not like it

I love the smell of the candle so much - we have a dark amber & fig hand soap that we use & are in love with and this candle is the closest smell we can find & it's amazing. I love the container of the candle and the wrapping it came in was gift-quality ready - it was very fancy! The only reason I am giving it 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the wick of our candle came with part of it split (as in pictures) which makes the flame much louder than expected - I'm hoping that further in the candle it fixes itself. Overall - amazing product, great smell & the container is also really pretty! Updated to 5/5 as I realized the wick is meant to come like that after ordering a 2nd one (again shows how amazing this candle is)

Got to say what excellent customer service and for all the right reason. Got sent another candle which is far superior to the last one,beautiful aroma that fills the room and a lovely even burning wick. I think looking at all the negative reviews they all seem to centre around the wider wick candle which seems to just about burn and possibly affects the candles ability to spread its aroma Maybe if you revisited these particular candles it’s maybe a issue with the wicks Anyway five stars for the way my feedback has been handle and will definitely be buying some more candles from you and also taking your advise as to the best smelling ones Thank you I expected this candle to have a lovely smell of sandlewood and petunia but instead I got nothing. It is completely void of any smells and the wick is atrocious,it’s a thick wick that just about burns. I lit it for the recommended 4hrs and then relit the next Day but still nothing for the high price I would look elsewhere this candle is one of the worst I have bought.

Usually I’m an avid Neom fan however recently the candles are not the best & at £30 more, I was eager to explore. What can I say. These candles are so beautiful from the exterior package to the actual candle itself. It really felt like a treat unboxing it. The candle did not disappoint. Within 15 minutes my room was filled with the most dreamy scent. I have every intention of working my way through this range
