Great product
Works better then any of the smaller models we've had in the past, this one holds 3 full size heavy thread towels and gets them nice and toasty!I like that there's also a set time!

Durable not
Less than 5 months and the warmer will not turn on.

Wouldnât power up or heat properly.
This product is great in theory. However, I plugged it in five different times, and it only heated up once. When it did, you could barely detect any warmth at all.
