I forgot to add technician while placing the order and reached out to the seller and they quickly aligned a technician, even gave me option when I can ask the technician to come plus it was all done with zero fee. No charge at all. Technician came and assembled it in no time. He was very polite and hardworking. Perfect in his job.Coming to the product: It’s worth every penny. The product quality is good and it seems sturdy. Looks good as well. However, there are no drilled holes for placing the legs on the shoe rack which makes it inconvenient to assemble if you don’t have a drill

It is a good cupboard, you can use it for anything, it’s spacious, well built and aesthetically pleasing. I forgot to add installation during the purchase but the company/seller was kind enough to help me out with that. Good service.

The was good enough

I ordered an “engineered wood” shoe rack from Deckup on 27th April 2025 via Amazon. It arrived on 30th April — and that’s where the nightmare began.The legs turned out to be plastic — a crucial detail they never mentioned. During assembly, the doors wouldn’t align, and every time I opened or closed them, it made a cracking sound.I called Deckup on 3rd May asking for a return. Instead, a rep named Sai Chand refused and offered a laughable ₹520 “token of inconvenience”. I flatly refused and asked for a proper 3-year warranty for repairs or wear and tear. No surprise — that went nowhere.They insisted on sending a carpenter to “fix” it. On 5th May, Jayram shows up, installs it, hears the same horrible squeak and casually says, “This is normal with engineered wood.” Really? No solution, no care. Just dumped the half-broken rack and left.I tried again to return it. This time I got passed to Sanjay, who promised pickup by 11th May after dismantling. That never happened. Every time I followed up, the story changed — delays, no carpenter, courier unavailable, and on and on.By 15th May, I’d had enough. Calls went unanswered. I was even told the return didn’t happen because I didn’t answer their call — a total lie. I demanded escalation and finally got Yashwant, who at least pushed Jayram to come dismantle it the same day.When Jayram arrived (late), he had no clue how to transport it. His plan? “Maybe I’ll try Porter.” I was stunned. So now my apartment had become Deckup’s warehouse for 10 days.My issues and disappointment:• Plastic legs, not disclosed• Doors misaligned and squeaky• Offered ₹520 instead of taking responsibility• Customer service is a joke• No accountability, endless delays• Used my home as free storageAvoid Deckup at all costs. Substandard products, zero ethics, and support that actively makes things worse. Not worth your money — or your sanity.

Awesome product at this price ...I tried local carpenters and furniture house and than finally decided to purchase this one ...Finishing and quality is too good ..My frienda asked about it as it looks very eligent

Good product but there was only two light weight boards were given for the back of the rack where we must handle with care. If that boards would get replaced with the engineering wood like it got for its doors and shelves it will be a good product.

Good looking product that looks polished in your room. Instructions for setup are there but can be improved a little. Size is also right and so is storage capacity. Can be a bit sturdier also but overall satisfied with the product.
