How long does this take to work?

I noticed a slight difference in 3 days. (1 in AM & 1 in PM). One week and I was a new person (or my old self!).

How much progesterone is included in two tablets. The proprietary blend shows 5 other ingredients at 1400mgs, none of which show a specific mg each?

I feel there has to be enough to upscale the female bodies progesterone, similar to the cream, as both take a few days to start to relieve menopausal symptoms like night. So maybe it only has 10mg per dose? With her 20mg cream she only needs one pump.
