5200mg in a capsule yet the capsule doesn't even weigh 1000mg, how does that make sense?

Yeah the ingredients in the back show exactly what's in it. The terrible part is that there is only a crappy amount of Ashwagandha being a 400mg with only a 12 to 1 ratio from extract. I recently just bought a 90 count of Ashwagandha being 920mg with a 4 to 1 ratio from extract. Much better quality. Much more Ashwagandha in general aswell. This product is a farce. It will do absolutely nothing for you in comparison to other actual high strength supplements. This is actually quite weak.

How is it that this has 5200mg of ash, when most of the "brand name" or big store brands have close to 300mg?? what should i be looking at?

Thanks for your question, We use 400mg Ashwagandha extract 12 : 1 (equivalent to 4800mg Ashwagandha root powder), and plus others ingredients the total will be 5200mg. Supper powerful in just one capsule.

Why do you only get 1 bottle if it saids 3month supply?

I too thought it would be 3 bottles as oictured but actually it contains 90 capsules- 3 months supply at 1 per day

Why is it labeled 12:1 why doesn’t it just state the ingredients amounts

It does state the exact ingredients amount on the label!
