This minced garlic is wonderful. I hate to pull a clove off of the bulb. I hate the skin the bulb I hate to mince the bulb. I hate how my finger smell from the garlic oil this product eliminates all that. Be careful when you’re trying to flavor oil it does not take too long and it does not take much heat. I suggest the lowest setting you have and watch it because it’s easy to burn any minced garlic will burn. This one’s no different, but this has a deep full body aroma tha wafts through my house. If you have teenagers who sleep too much put some oil in the pan a little minced garlic and you’ll wake him right up. That’s right get those lazy little bastards moving what’s seriously this is good stuff. I’ll be buying a bag again soon I recommend it just cook it on low for a very short. Period. It’s also interesting when you toss it into a salad it adds a little bit of crunch and of course that deep rich garlic flavor try get creative.

I love garlic and this garlic does not disappoint. Great on salads, as a bread dip with oil and balsamic, and in most any recipe calling for minced garlic. Quality is great. Fresh and fragrant.

Pure and majorly convenient, the real stuff beats it but I don't often have it at the ready, so easy and fast dry granules of a perfect size.

I only cook for one or two servings so often used dried herbs. These freeze dried herbs are much more flavorful and convenient to control portions.Glad I found these.

What I love about this garlic is the punch of flavor it adds to my recipes....It is convenient to use and great to have on hand....No more chopping up fresh garlic and it saves me time and money. The aroma is heavenly if you cook with a lot of garlic. It is easy to store in a cabinet and does not need refrigeration...It is a great value for this this great spice.
