I bought this band just to try it out and honestly wasn’t expecting to like it this much—but it really exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, the design stands out. It has that bold, rugged look similar to a G-Shock style, which gives the Apple Watch a much tougher, sportier appearance. The color looks great in person—clean, solid, and exactly what I was hoping for. Comfort-wise, it’s a win. Even though it looks bulky and heavy-duty, it’s actually very comfortable to wear throughout the day. It fits well, feels secure, and doesn’t get annoying on the wrist like some rugged bands can. Protection is another strong point. The case and bumper design wrap around the watch nicely, giving it solid protection without interfering with usability. It definitely feels like it can handle daily wear and a few bumps without any issues. Overall, I’m really impressed with this band. It looks good, feels good, and adds real protection. I’m already planning to pick up a couple more colors.

Update: Okay so I bought this watch band probably like a year ago. I try to leave reviews on all the products I buy on Amazon, and today I was cleaning my watch and band (it got pretty grimy) and I started thinking “I should update that review if I ever left one”. Turns out I never left a review after buying it. So here we go: First things first: this is a great rugged Apple Watch band. I always have Otterbox-like cases on my devices because I’m rough with them and I’m clumsy at times. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a rugged band that fits my huge wrists. This one does, and I still have 3 holes left on the band. So if you have a big wrist, this is the one for you. If your wrist is small, you might need to cut the band down some, but that should be easy to do with a new razor blade. Second, the edge of the band comes above the plane of the screen, so you won’t bang your watch face on a flat surface (still gotta be careful about pointed hazards, though). The crown is exposed, and it moves just fine. The buttons are covered and they work great even in the case. There’s holes for the speaker and mic, but they have some form of mesh on the larger one, so no worries there. It’s comfortable and it looks cool. Looks rugged, but not overtly bulky. It’s easy to clean even when it gets grimy, I use water, a toothbrush, and 91% rubbing alcohol for the tough grime. The brush gets in all the nooks and crannies. Okay now to the reason I decided to come back and do this review a year later. This thing is STILL going strong. No tears, a few scuffs on the metal band loop, but that’s to be expected. I’ve worked on my car engine with this on, I’ve mowed yards, I’ve done a shower remodel, I’ve done everything. Haven’t broken the watch (or the band) yet. I’m considering buying a new band in maybe the orange or green just to have something that looks nice for the occasional style flair. But as far as the tried and true black band, I’m gonna keep it and keep using it 80% of the time. Oh, and it’s easy to pop the watch in and out of the band. It’s not hard to do. If you wipe the watch and the band down once a day, it won’t get grimy. But let’s be real: few people will do that. Original Review: I bought this band for my Apple Watch 8. I wanted something that was rugged enough to protect the watch without being too bulky and I am a big guy with large wrists. This watch band was perfect for me. I usually have it on hole 4 or 5 from the end, and there's still plenty of band to tuck under the loop. The button and dial work great, and it's easy enough to pop the watch out so you can clean the band/case. I just use a toothbrush and soapy water, comes out looking like new. I've had it for a few months now, wear it daily, and haven't had any problems with tearing or anything else. If you're a bigger guy/gal, rest assured this will be a good band for you. If you have a small wrist, you'll probably have a lot of excess band unless you cut it down.

For years I have used protective glass covers for my Apple Watches because I frequently bang my watch into things and one time scratched the face of one. the problem I had with those is that they capture moisture and hinder the accuracy touching the screen and needs constant cleaning. I've been wanting to swap my band for something other than the plain black band and found this. Easy to install and remove the watch into it, sturdy enough to protect from impact and stylish enough to give a more rugged look.

I don’t usually write reviews but I recently bought both the AMBand case in standard titanium for my black titanium Apple Watch Ultra 3 as well as the AM Band M1 watch band in black/titanium and I’m very impressed by both. Excellent quality, design and fit. Looks very stylish, masculine/rugged but not overbearing. This gives me the great option of wearing my original black titanium or putting the case on it for the standard titanium color/look. It’s like having two ultra 3’s. This company really nailed it. I will likely be buying additional colors and styles from them.

Bought this because I didn't like the "feel" of the basic watch straps. It looked nice from the pictures to, was inexpensive, and had tons of high reviews. Why not bite the bullet and buy it? I did not notice it doesn't have a screen protector. That's not why I'm taking stars off, as this information can be found on the product page. I just want to warn people in case they're thinking you get straps, case, and screen protector all in one. You get straps and case. No protector. This product feels durable around the case. Think an phone otterbox but for your watch. This is a plus. What sucks is the strap is cheaply part of the case. It's all rubber. There is no hinge, so the watch is constantly forming a loop. If it was hinged, the case itself could lay flat WHILE the band is also laying flat. The images of this product make it look like where the case meets the band is hinged. That's just for aesthetics only--band and case are all one mold of rubber. This becomes an issue when charging on flat chargers. It probably works with the supplied apple charger because it's small enough, but the unmovable loop shape of the band will not let it lie flat easily on a charger. What's double disappointing is I'll see reviews for this product with screenshots supplied showing a version of the band WITH hinges. The hinges are clearly metallic. I don't fault any sort of misleading information or anything from the manufacturer of this product. I see a version of this band that has metal hinges available for purchase for about 10$ more. I needed a case with a screen protector though. I love my Misxi tempered glass case, so I'll be sticking with that and finding a separate band. If you're looking for something rugged and can supply your own screen protectors, this is probably for you. The metal clasps are nice enough. But the band feels cheap being part of the same mold as the case, and it completely ruins flat charging. I suggest spending a few more dollars for the product that comes with hinges on the strap.
