ZTOZZ Lyon Wave Like LED Bed Frame Full Size - Contemporary Modern Curved Faux Leather Upholstered Platform Bed with Designer LED Lights Headboard - Black Color

TLDR; Bed quality is OK but not great. With well-written instructions assembling it would be a piece of cake, but I wasted about 2 hours because of instruction quality.Hint. Their website (ztozz.com) does have somewhat better instructions, but I discovered them only while writing this review. Not that parts included are NOT LABELED, which makes it harder to follow the instructions (some manufactures place stickers with part numbers/letters on the parts themselves to help customers assemble their products).The company. ZTOZZ claims to be a US-based company with a warehouse in Florida. You can order from their website, or from Amazon. "1A Trade" seller is the official seller. However the sticker attached to the bed indicates that it was manufactured by "Anhui Willsoon Furniture" in China (see the picture).The first issue I had assembling this bed was that I was unable to find headboard legs (3 large pieces). I called TZOZZ customer service earlier today (Saturday), and was immediately connected with a representative (GOOD :) ). The representative looked up my bed model by Amazon order number, and then immediately asked if missing pieces are headboard legs. Apparently the legs are HIDDEN inside of the headboard. I can conclude that this is a common issue, but instructions that came with the product do not mention this, and TZOZZ did not try to inform me about this issue upon purchase.The second issue that I had was that I used 50mm bolts to fasten bed sides to headboard legs (my bad). As a result at some point I ran out of 50mm bolts, and the package does not include any spare bolts. I hoped to get a replacement in Home Depot but I was unable to: bolts included use a metric system, and they are not compatible with bolts that Home Depot had in stock (5/16" bolts look the same, but they are not). The bottom line is: DO NOT LOOSE ANY BOLTS.The third issue was with connecting parts C1 with a1 (and C2 with a2) -- these are two parts making bed sides. I had to apply force to get them together properly (build quality issue). This damaged the hex wrench which came with the product, so I finished it with the help of a power tool (drill with a hex head), and had to get a hex wrench from Home Depot to finish the assembly.The forth issue was with mounting feet to the rare board. Instructions tell to use 50mm bolts, but they seemed too long, and when I measured the depth of the hole I realized that 35mm bolts would be a better fit. This bed came with exactly two 35mm bolts, but instructions tell to use them in another place where they can be safely swapped with 50mm bolts. DO NOT FORCE BOLTS TO FASTEN FEET TO THE RARE BOARD. Use 35mm bolts instead.The fifth issue is that mounting of headboard to legs can potentially damage wood if over-tightend (see the picture). I personally decided to add washers.The sixth issue is mounting the led lights. It is easy to do, but it is not clear how to hide the cable at the headboard (see the picture).The seventh issue is that instructions do not tell how to position slats. If this is the first bed you assemble: slats need to be bent upward! Slats do not look very solid, but should be good enough.Finally, when I was looking at the product picture I had a feeling that the bed sides are curved at the bottom (wider at the top and narrower at the bottom). This is an optical illusion: sides are straight, but led lights make the top part brighter which causes this effect.The material that cover the headboard and sides looks like a genuine leather (I could be wrong).To the company: respect your customers, spend a few bucks to write proper instructions.

The media could not be loaded.  I knocked off a star for 3 reasons.1) the mattress is supported by these thin wooden slats that slide into a plastic sleeve & I worry how long it'll hold up. (They give you a few extra plastic sleeves in case).The bed claims to hold 600 lbs. My husband and I together are over 400 lbs. My mattress is 100 lbs. (But we know mattresses gain weight over time with sweat, dead skin & dust mites etc). I worry when my 2 kids wanna sit with us.2) The directions are POORLY written. NO words, just pictures, (so poorly drawn).3) one of the metal bars didn't have a hole drilled all the way through.. so the screw would not fit, (pic included). My husband remedied that with a drill bit.. but still. Points deducted.I was so hesitant to get this bed.. cuz I want sturdiness and longevity in a bedframe... but we decided it was wicked cool and POSSIBLY sacrificed quality for aesthetics...time will tell.It's been a month and so far so good. The lights are so awesome and calming...can be changed to any color with the remote.ALSO, the leg boards are hidden inside the back of the headboard. You need to unfold the velcro faux leather flap, and you'll see 3 leg boards inside.The instructions ARE NOT CLEAR!and it took us a contact to customer service to figure out where the leg boards were... I thought they were missing.Lastly, one of the wooden slats (that hold the mattress) was cracked completely in half.. customer service replaced an ENTIRE STACK of 12 wooden slats! Big plus! Their customer service is prompt & handled my request with ease.

At first assembly was not clear on the paper! It would help if it was bigger and the metal frame was labeled onto the frame! Headhoard legs are tucked and hidden behind the headboard like a hidden compartment! Once I figured out the assembly it took no time to put everything together! Once in place it is low to the ground! Very sturdy no movement! Absolutely love this bed I give it 5 stars for quality! I've seen worse with Walmart products having a million pieces to assemble and this was a breeze by comparison!

My son loves this bed he is 12 years old and he was able to assemble it himself, it took him about an hour very nice bed and modern, I am thinking to buy one for myself

We loved this bed it is very comfortable and the design is very modern with the lights also the material is very nice. Overall I will recommend their products it is a beautiful design and good quality.

The media could not be loaded.  The directions were a little hard to follow but I know the company has said that they are working on making better directions. I put it together myself in about an hour and a half. It was a little difficult to get the screws and the brackets to line up between the headboard and the side boards, but I eventually got it. Bed feels very sturdy. One pro tip I have is to make sure that the connectors for the LED lights are hanging out before you tighten the screws on the side rails. One of the connectors got stuck between the side rail in the headboard and I had to take apart almost the entire side of the bed in order to get it out of there.But the LED lights work, I have a 15 inch mattress and it fits beautifully, and it looks very stylish. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it.Shipping was a little bit of an issue as it was not shipped out until after the delivery due date, however the company was great and very responsive and refunded my shipping fee. The bed came three days later.If you are looking for some thing stylish and sturdy, I would definitely recommend!

We love it, took a little bit to get together, but heavy and sturdy. Before you put the mattress in, it looks like an adult car bed, lol. One thing is that it is difficult to get a sheet around the corners, the mattress fits very tight in the frame. Don’t know if that’s because of the bed or the mattress. But we love the all the room in our California king!
