I am constantly fidgeting. I do have anxiety, but not as bad as some. These do tend to help.When I have an urge to fidget, I spin my rings now since they spin. The idea is genius in my opinion.I have one on each of my pointer fingers and one on my right middle finger and spin them often. I don't even notice I am spinning them most of the time. It is a comfort of some sort.I love the idea and so far, these have worked. I will have to see if they hold up for a long period. I do like the affordable cost as well.

Overall there is many different styles in this and different aesthetic looks to the rings so they easily can match outfits for a win. My only issues are that some of the rings are harder to move than others - for example the moon rings are super smooth but the ring that has the chain is extremely hard to rotate. My other nag is that these rings do not fit equally some are tighter than others to the point if I put it on ur wont come back off and others are perfect they slide relatively easy on and off, if my hands were to swell at all these rings would forsure get stuck so these rings all stick to my smaller fingers for safety reasons overall love the concept and looks but would recommend sizing up.

i am always so worried purchasing silver jewelry from places that i am not able to get solid confirmation that they are sterling silver - i am not sure if this is fully sterling - but i can tell you that i have worn them for days on end without any tarnishing or green on my fingers, which is amazing considering the price. i would size up as the rings do run a little bigger, but other than that, they function perfectly!

Great concept and sizing, but they turn brown with use. Can be cleaned and polished with hot water and baking soda on tin foil, so is fixable. Good for my anxiety and I've given it to my kid as well to help cope. Good quality, they haven't broken.

Great items for tackling anxiety! Be careful when picking the right size. Is is really nice when you can turn and do other stuff on the rings.

The spinability is nice on all but one ring. The one ring with little balls could not fully spin after cleaning. It revealed a gap, and trying to fix it was difficult. As for scratch resistance, it came with scratches, but that was not really an issue. The durability of all of them is strong except the one mentioned earlier. They have beautiful designs and function well. Overall, this purchase was worthwhile except for one ring.
