This is a great product. I believe its bio availability in the body is great.. In the times when good quality fish is hard to find, supplements like these should be taken by everyone, every day! Dr Meyers has high quality products.. It may seem expensive but worth the money - also capsule size is larger than other brands .. also, fish oil or cod liver goes rancid if you buy them in the liquid form after a few weeks .. In my opinion capsules go a long way ! Again, Omega 3’s from wild caught fish should be taken by every one everyday - these not only fish inflammation in your body but also are good for heart, eyes and brain. thanks for reading!

Amy Meyers makes great stuff. You pay more, but you get more per serving. I only need to take one pill to get the same about of EPA & DHA as two pills of Nordic Naturals. Plus I trust her. I’ve been taking her supplements for years, ever since I found her after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. Her books really help transform my health, and her supplements help me maintain it.

I have a large bakers cyst on back of my knee that has been growing bigger and bigger in the last 5 months ...nothing was working to reduce pain and inflammation, not rx or other multiple supplements ... came across this and thought I had nothing to lose because my leg was so inflamed that I had lost any good mobility and I had packed on over 20lbs with this injury... within 36 hours after taking two soft gels only twice ... my knee pain was mostly gone and inflammation was at least 60 percent better. After now3 days and regular intake of 2 soft cells daily... my knee is now about 80 percent better. I can’t believe how fast and well this product worked for me. By the way ... didn’t swallow the gels only took in the oil inside and threw out that gels since they are kinda big ... but it’s only because it’s hard for me to swallow due to a cold and sore throat. I am now a big fan of this line and will order more products as this one far exceeded my expectations... allowing me to regain my mobility. I hope this review helped.

I completely trust Amy Myers, MD products. If I do not eat Salmon or fish of any kind for the day, I make sure I take one of these Softgels. The softgels are a bit large but I've learned to swallow them with a lot of water.
