Product description 1.Issue: The smart bulbs are not connecting to Wi-Fi. Solution Ensure your Wi-Fi network is operating on 2.4GHz , as the bulbs do not support 5GHz networks. Check that your router is working and that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Restart the bulbs and your router, then attempt to reconnect. 2.Issue: Difficulty setting up with Apple HomeKit. Make sure your HomePod, Apple TV, or iPad is updated to the latest software version. Ensure that your HomeKit-enabled device is nearby during the setup process. Double-check that the device is added to your Home app correctly. If needed, reset the smart bulb and try the setup again. 3.Issue: Voice commands are not being recognized. Confirm that your smart bulb is connected to the correct voice assistant (Siri, Alexa, etc.) and linked properly in the respective app. Check your device's microphone settings and ensure the voice assistant has permission to access them. Test your internet connection and try re-issuing the command. 4.Issue: The bulb does not turn on or off as expected. Review: Works with HomeKit, some color issues - These are great for my existing lamps that I wanted to be able to control from my apple home. They are easy to set up and everything, the only issue I've had is that they do not match up with my other bulbs with some colors. White and Pink especially seem to be a bit off, but once I messed with the color selector I was able to find a white that works on both this and the linkind bulbs I have. If I just say to make the light white it will be a dimmer bluish color.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works with HomeKit, some color issues

These are great for my existing lamps that I wanted to be able to control from my apple home. They are easy to set up and everything, the only issue I've had is that they do not match up with my other bulbs with some colors. White and Pink especially seem to be a bit off, but once I messed with the color selector I was able to find a white that works on both this and the linkind bulbs I have. If I just say to make the light white it will be a dimmer bluish color.

There aren't many smart lightbulbs available in this form factor, especially ones that work with HomeKit, and these were the most reasonably priced I could find, so I figured I would try them. Ended up being a waste of money as they were constantly losing connection or failing to respond, the colors kept reverting back to previous settings, and the colors weren't entirely consistent from bulb to bulb with the same settings. I ended up tossing them and getting the extremely overpriced Phillips Hue bulbs, which have worked flawlessly and were still cheaper than replacing my old ceiling fans with modern smart ones.

tl;dr: These are decent devices. I'm using with Apple Home and adding the devices was seamless. The color quality is... inaccurate. There aren't a lot of E12 base smart bulbs on Amazon that work seamlessly with Apple Home. I use a different brand of bulb (Meross) for my standard (a19) base lamps that have excellent color and brightness resolution; but they don't have a candle base bulb so I'm trying these out. I would recommend resetting the bulb when you first install it, before adding to Apple Home. The procedure is in the manual, tl;dr turn the bulb on for 5 seconds and off for 5 seconds, do this 3 times. I got a 20% off coupon for the 4 pack, which made these really affordable and worth trying out. Pros: - Easy integration with Apple Home - Cheap if you wait for a special event discount or coupon - A well written manual; i was surprised at how good the instructions were and how "Apple Home" friendly the instructions were, while they have their own app (which i won't use because you have to agree to lengthy privacy and terms of service terms), it's totally optional; they provide a separate set of setup instructions that is Apple Home only. Cons: - Poor color quality... I'd recommend using the 'swatches' section for the accessory in Home and experiment until you get what you want. I put 3 different bulbs into my guest room ceiling fan and had to set the color in each and none of the Home color settings were consistent. - Super blue spike in the color spectrum. I'd not depend on these bulbs for a bedroom or to 'set the mood'. I would say that these aren't for folks who are willing to tinker a bit with the color and brightness settings, graphic artists who are color sensitive or are prone to emo rage when things aren't perfect. But if you're looking for an economical smart bulb that works with Apple Home, it's worth trying this bulb out!
