Life saver!
I've been getting these for years at this point. They are so helpful! It's like an instant cure for nausea. I've only tried the mint flavor, so I can't speak for the others, but seriously 10 /10.

Great peppermint!
You sent me the wrong flavors - strawberry and ginger. I have not tried them yet. Love the peppermint!

THE BEST FOR NAUSEA
I actually don’t know what I’d do without these. I’m currently pregnant and I wake up with the worst nausea every single morning. I eat one of these and the nausea subsides within minutes. Truly a miracle

NOT for nausea from reflux or acid!!!
I'm a certified nutrition specialist and 7½ years Paleo so I'm all about healing naturally with diet and supplements. These do work well for nausea and last about 20 minutes if you just stash it up in your cheek and let it melt.HOWEVER, if your nausea is due to reflux, stomach acid, ulcers or anything in that arena, you'll do more longterm damage than the immediate relief is worth! Peppermint and citrus, although very helpful during pregnancy nausea and motion sickness, are extremely detrimental when it comes to too much stomach acid, causing more inflammation due to the damage already caused by the acid. Stop taking any NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen, stick with low- acid foods, grassfed bone broth, papaya supplements to heal your gut and melatonin before bed to protect and strengthen your esophageal sphincter. If you're prego or going deep sea fishing with no stomach acid issues, have at'em! They work wonderfully!
