Maya Angelou was a SPLENDID woman, and I think she deserved a SILVER DOLLAR, but I'm happy she received this tribute! I only wish she could have known about it before she died, but she will live forever in my heart ♥

It’s Beautiful and It Is About Freedom
I passed out the quarters at a recent family party. Everyone liked them. The flip side is wonderful. Maya Angelo with a bird with wings spread out behind her image. If you liked “I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings” you will love this coin and it will be a keepsake.
