No side affects noted so far i got these to help reduce oxidative stress for my boy who has asbergers but too early to tell but so far so good 👍 I will come back after a couple of months use so I can offer a better opinion.

One tablet a day …..180 tablets per container, vegan.Purchased in April 2023 just about to re order as I’m running low, not sure of any real benefits but a recent blood test came back with no further action required. That’s the first ever clear test I’ve had, not sure if it’s the tablets but it’s enough for me to repurchase.Just received my second purchase of these tablets and they are different.The details on the label are exactly the same the jar the packaging but the capsules are larger greener in colour than the older ones which are brown and a lot smaller… we will see but that’s a red flag for me.

I been taking brocoli extract pills for few weeks now I notice that it's helping with my diabetes I only take one at night plus one karela capsules so I guess both of them helping to lower the sugar as I go to loo only once at night compared to before I use to go few times. But I will be very grateful if the seller put the price a little bit down thanking you in advance

Without myrosinase, this product is useless unfortunately. It does not get absorbed.
