GBmates Ostomy Bag Covers-Waterproof Ostomy Pouch Liner with Adjustable Opening, Belt Hoop, Buckle Closure

Having an ostomy is not fun. Anything that can make me feel better about myself is a good thing. This cover fits perfectly and is attractive and was definitely designed by someone "in the know" as all of its components work perfectly. I have two in black and just placed an order for a maroon one. Easy care. Wash well. I would say keep two so you always have a clean one available.

9 month update. Still using this product. I have gotten several others and the simplicity and color of these work so well for me. I really like my Stealth belt, but rarely use it because these are so easy to grab and go every morning. Stealth Belt is great if you want to be really discreet. It will just have a small bump under your shirt. This has a slightly larger bump and hangs down a couple inches from shirt.I love that I can have my ostomy bag more discreet. I can just see a couple inches of the bag below my shirt. Looks more like a small fanny pack than an ostomy bag. It works particularly well with me having a 2 piece bag. Just hangs right over the rights that attach them together.Gotta appreciate the small things when battling stage 4 cancer.

I’ve used 3 of these pouch covers with mixed success. They are wonderful with Hollister 2 piece pouching systems that have plastic tabs, typically used for attaching a (optional) light-weight plastic belt around your abdomen. This cover has loops that hook easily on the belt, assuring the cover stays in place. I.E., doesn’t fall off at embarrassing times. The Hollister 1 piece ostomy bags that I’ve tried (and prefer because they are less likely to leak, at least in my case) do NOT have any plastic tabs for an abdominal belt, hence there’s no way I’ve found to keep these pouch covers from falling off. For the time being, I’m reduced to wearing unusually long shirts to reliably cover my bag. I cannot recommend this cover for the 1 piece Hollister bags I’ve used. As a note, the seller does need to add more colors for you 2 piece users.

We have tried many Ostomy covers over the last year and this one is the easiest and least obvious of them all. It also helps that it has a waterproof lining just in case. The little draw string is nice to secure the cover to the pouch and allows for a more active lifestyle. We love that their are different colors that can match shirts for more discreet use.
