Don't get me wrong this is a nice addition to any bathroom, works very well but will take some getting used to, the bottom of the handle is the direction of the between hot and cold not the top thought I had turned into a deslectic plumber thinking I reversed hot and cold thank the Lord not the case . Also have to be quite precise with your drop ear fittings to get shower and hand held diverters to finish to tile properly very little room for error but very nice looking at completion

This shower system is well made and most importantly the valve is included. I would have given this a 5 star if the water could be controlled ,on off, with the hand held sprayer. I did purchase two, had them professionally installed. Working great. This is a functional system. No bells and whistles, just plenty of water delivery. Better in a feminine setting because of the smaller handheld. Great value !

The product looks really good. Water temperature control works well, but unfortunately we could not operate the diverter because our installer placed the valve too far inside the wall. We could not understand how we could not control the diverter until we reached out to them and immediately they got back to us and explained the error. They promised to send an extension kit to us without charge, lets see if they do that and I will update this review when we have fixed the problem. Otherwise, we are happy with the system

The media could not be loaded.  This is a beautiful gold shower system for an upgraded design and function. I love the additional wand attachment that the gold shower system comes with.TIP:DEFINITELY ADD a bit more height to your rough plumbing to accommodate for the shower head design!for more home renovation products I’ve used @harlingtonlane IG

Pleasantly surprised in the high quality of this shower assembly, very nice brushed nickel finish and product packaging is second to none!Support staff is very professional, as we needed a diverter extension due to the fact that I miss installed the diverter valve back from the finished wall by 1/4”. One EMAIL to the support staff and an extension kit is on its way to us!We couldn’t be more please with our purchase and will buy again for any future projects!Thank you!Jim

I like the product and we had to move forward with installing the valve (we had contractors waiting), so I can’t return it, but the diverted knob has scratches.Update: The company reached out to me and sent me a new diverter knob. They have great customer service.

This is an excellent, sleek, and good quality shower system all at a great price. We had to hire a plumber to install since he had to cut into the dry wall to install the hand held so it can be turned on it's own. Many reviews mention that the hot and cold water is reversed after installing, I think folks may be misinterpreting how to look at the handle. You have to look at the bottom of the handle, (where you are pulling from) not the top. If the bottom of the handle points left, it gets you hot, and if you turn the bottom right, it gets you cold. The water pressure was great, but felt even better after removing the flow restrictor in both the shower head and the hand held. Overall, no complaints. Wish the arm was longer but not a deal breaker.

Not all parts came in the box, when my plumber installed into our new home he said the square knob was missing to turn the water on, however the company was very responsive and mailed it out to me right away saying they provide a lifetime warranty for parts, so I say that's a great company and the shower system is beautiful!!
