5 stars for the product itself: well packaged and sealed; HUGE deliquescent pak inside to ensure that moisture won't stand a chance; no clumps, easy to dispense, easy to capsule if that's your thing, and dissolves instantly in anything that's got at least two drops of water in it.If you have issues with cramping, this stuff (with maybe a bit of magnesium supplement as well) will put those problems into the past tense.
