Best streamer line on a budget.
I currently have this line on a crux by redington, an 8wt. It seems to be a little heavy, but casts really nice! Shooting a streamer has never been easier, the sink rate is perfect to match up to underweighted streamers, and the price is right! I am excited to use it for pike in the near future… if I have any problems I will share. None yet! I also anticipate none in the future.

No welded loops
Line works as expected. I would have rated it higher, except there are no welded loops. I think for the price, they should be included.

This fly line did not have a welded loop on the end. Even the cheapest lines have that.

One trick pony
Good casting line..NO front loop so I keep it spooled on a separate spool with leader and tippet attached to use in moderate fast and 6-8 foot deep water, would prefer a loop though

Haven't actually used this line yet as it's a very recent purchase, quality looks ok but the acid test will be how it casts, you no welded loop on backing connection end so will add, amazon delivered on time so no problems there

This line has no loop at the end.
Most new lines have a loop at the leader end of the line, with this line there is no loop, just straight line, so you have to tie a nail knot. A perfection loop is bulky and does not slide through the guides easily.That is the reason for a score of only 4. Delivery was OK, given it was just before Christmas. I was kept informed of the delay.
