Very good budget AVR, that works perfect!!
My setup was with polk T series speakers and sub is polk hts 12 paired with 10y old sony amp.I decided to upgrade the receiver & this was the one X series within my budget.After I hooked up & setup was complete, I immediately realized the difference AVR did. Surround sound and effects was crystal clear and it was easily driving the speakers.With this price point, it delivers what is expected, no regrets after using this for nearly a month now.

No preout for old speakers, other wise a good product

Stopped working in a week, no support, no warranty
Do not buy this. There is no warranty from Denon on online purchases and they will refuse to repair it even for paid warranty.This stopped working in a week and 67k down the drain

Amazing Receiver price worthy
It's really nice quality sound through earc out work Atmos sound crazy sound and splitting channel sound amazing and PS5 sound also so beautiful but fm radio sound is not effective overall very good quality and price worthy

Am not sure what went wrong
I bought the product and it worked well for a few days and then all of a sudden the AVR started to go into safe mode ie not powering the speakers. I checked for making sure that none of the speaker wires were shorting several times, set it up again and then finally had to ask for a return / replace. For the time it did work the sound was exceptional. I have a set up of Bose 701 3 way fronts and 501 2 way rears from a different era and a Klipsh R34-c center. The return was managed by Amazon with ease.
