I used these with Ghirardelli white melting wafers and am pleased with the results. I do small batches (a handful or so for painting mold details) and I didn't need much to get the color I wanted. I'd suggest starting with one drop and add more if needed. The color selection is good, though I'm not sure when you'd use White.I did have to use a lot of Black to turn dark chocolate a black I was happy with, and then noticed it turned my tongue black. It didn't affect the flavor.I'd buy these again, but they will last me a long while.

I only used the pink but I didn’t even have to use much to get the color i desired very good quality. Didn’t mess with the taste of my cake pops but really got the job done. Great value for your money. The size is a decent bottle. Once covered does not leak at all. Definitely recommend

Great product for the price worked on chocolate melts. Colors were nice.. except 2 of the bottles. food coloring was dry. Was unable to use them

I was skeptical about getting this oil based food coloring after reading the reviews on it, because the reviews are just all over the place, but I took a chance. I was not disappointed with the product. It is, however, a made in China product. I didn't realize that before buying. People are saying stuff like 'you have to use more to get the desired color'. Well that's true, but that's how any type of food coloring works. Anyway, my opinion is that it's a really good product, works like it should, nice vivid colors. So yeah, if you aren't opposed to a product made in China, go for it. I didn't see many other options for oil-based food coloring.

I have not used these yet so I can not comment on the taste or how well they work. However, I love that I now have food coloring that won't make white chocolate seize when I use it. And the assortment of colors is perfect. There were larger sets available with more colors but really, I think the colors provided in this set will meet my needs and I can always combine colors to obtain a different shade or tint if I need to.

The color Yellow looks Orange in the bottle but it's not, this is what Yellow looks like. It's the perfect Yellow color.
