E-PASS Uni 19-State Portable Toll Pass, Blends Into Windshield (Black)

I was going to a vacation passing through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia. The best routes required using toll roads. I did a lot of research and discovered I could order transponders associated with the Indiana toll system or Florida. I was originally going with the Indiana version, but discovered they charged an administrative fee. The Florida E-Pass system does not charge an administrative fee so I went with it.Setting up the E-PASS account and associating the transponder to it was quick and easy. So was mounting the transponder to my car windshield. The transponder was recognized on every toll road I used. And even more amazing, all the tolls were charged correctly to my account. So this E-PASS transponders saved me time and money on the trip.I just wished E-PASS was accepted at the toll systems closer to me, especially the Kansas, Denver and Houston systems. But for now it’s great that I’ve covered for everything east of me.

I have always worried about USA tolls and how different they are: manned, unmanned, make change or not, you always feel there is a trap, etc. UNI takes 5 minutes to set up, fits greatly with suction cups (as opposed to others with stickers), captures all tolls in NY-NJ, allows you to take the fast tracks, fast lanes. Great app showing you each toll paid (with up to 1-day delay-usual from tolls admin). You know your balance at all times, easy to replenish, exchangeable between cars. Car travel in USA has never been easier: I am looking forward to use it in rental car in Florida in winter.

UK buyers be aware you cannot set it up on line as the website cannot cope with non US and Canada addresses. You have to phone their call center to complete the set up. Doe this from the USA using their toll free number.

This was very useful. Used from montreal to New York and Newark. The set up was easy. You just need to add money to your account as you need.

I’ve lived in central Florida my entire life and every time I have to impromptu pick someone up from MCO, going to the theme parks, or what have you, I always wish I had one of those things. For years I’ve been paying by plate and the tolls cost more that way and honestly we are all human and forget to pay them sometimes; which then causes problems when you go to register your vehicle once those tags are due to expire. The tolls are cheaper this way, the app makes it very convenient to add money and has stats on how much you’re paying and saving. I picked this thing up because I was having to commute for work on the 417, but man did it come in handy too when I had a long impromptu trip down i4. The express lane cut down my drive significantly and I drove past majority of the stand still traffic on that awful highway. Not only that but this thing works in several states! I have family all up the east coast and take roadtrips at least once a year. I do not know why it took me so long to pull the trigger on this thing. The convenience is unmatched and I’m kicking myself for paying more all these years!Almost forgot to add:I had owed some tolls when I went to set the account up for this thing and because I purchased this they took $15 off of my owed tolls so it basically paid for itself right then and there. Get this thing!!
