I do not know whose mailbox this was left in but it was not mine. POOR VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Great product, but USPS IS NOT RELIABLE HERE. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO PROVE THAT YOU DONT GET PRODUCTS BECAUSE NO DELIVERY PHOTO IS PROVIDED.

Sunlight isn’t always enough
We have it on subscription. Part of the implementations we made a couple years back toward better health. My husband’s vitamin D level has gotten to a healthy range. I wondered if it was actually having any positive effect and am reminded when I forget a few doses due to travel or busy life and can feel the drain set in. I’m no doctor or health expert but I always recommend this supplement when someone mentions they are tired or sluggish.

A Necessity for Health
Our doctor recommended this brand of ADK, and we have been taking it daily for 3 years. It's the brand he takes. It's part of our daily regimen of supplements and vitamins and minerals, all with the hope of fighting environmental issues, heavy metals, nutritional deficiencies and more. I know I might sound a little nutty with this, but I'm a normal mom who is really just trying to get control of all the variables that impact health, and this supplement is one of them. It's worth it and it's a small pill to swallow so if you worry about size on supplements, this one is tiny.
