The packaging was noticeably beat up, hence the lower star on packaging, but inside everything was beautiful and there was no damage--except a little scrape on one of the lower legs--no biggie. Unpackaging, inventory of all parts, reading the directions, and assembling all took me a little over an hour. You will likely want a crescent wrench for the larger bolts but little tools are provided--even a screwdriver for the tray. It is nice all the things you need are included. I teach at colleges so I need bold pens--my only criticism is that the pens could be bolder since I need my writing to seen for on-line teaching. I recommend EXPO pens but these are not that brand but still might be fine for your application, but not mine. The whiteboard can spin which is useful. This whiteboard does not adjust up or down just to be clear. I have a camera on a tripod so it is not an issue for me.The included eraser is magnetic and does wipe cleanly. The board surface must be washed with a soapy washcloth first, but then it works great. Erasers clean completely so far. This one was about the same price and is much better.
