Great bike rack for the price! It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy once installed. Holds 2 fat tire ebikes securely and the tilt feature is very convenient for accessing the trunk and taking bikes out. Very good value for the money.

This thing WORKS!.....I've now carried a large range of bikes....>>>> 26 inch Wheel BMX Bicycle, 29 inch wheel Mountain EBike, 20 inch X 3 Inch Fat tire Ebike at 90lbs, and now a Mini Goat Ebike that weighs 140lbs......This rack handles it all! I like that you can EXTEND the bars at the end to accommodate a Longer Bicycle wheel base....Many of the more expensive Yakima and Thule racks DO not do this!........this the best BANG for the buck!.....The construction looks solid and welds look good...don't see any weak points......Recommend it! ....TIP: For extra security...use a couple Tie Downs for your bike!

I've been searching for awhile for an affordable and solid rack for my 2 ebikes, and I finally found it. Great value for the price, solid materials, great fit and awesome stability for both my bikes. My wife and I both have full size fat tire bikes weighing about 75lbs each. This rack supports it no issues with the sturdy build. With the tilt feature its easy to add on and remove, or even leave on my hitch for extended periods at a time. I did take off a star though as it rests too easily. For the price I assumed there was more protective coating but I left it on my car a couple rainy evenings and it rusted at the joints. I haven't seen any impact on thd safety or integrity of the product but just something to note. I highly recommend this product and you spray with a protective outer layer for it to be perfect. Great buy.

OMG! This bike rack at twice the price would be worth a 5 star review. As a longtime metal fabricator myself, I can't say enough about the quality of the design and the amazing fit/finish of the final product. Holes are drilled in exactly the right places, everything fits beautifully, thoughtful reinforcement exists at the areas that will receive the most stress as the vehicle goes bouncing down the road with a couple of hundred pounds on the rack. Assembly was straightforward, there were no missing parts, the instructions were good--I used the exploded views in the instructions along with the parts list rather than the text instructions. The ONE caveat for this rack--not a criticism but a fact that might be relevant to someone--is that it is entirely steel construction which makes it fairly heavy to pick up and insert in the vehicle hitch; this will be a two person job for many people. The fix for this issue, if it is one, is to buy a rack made of aluminum or other lighter alloy which will dramatically increase the price.

I’m usually a very relaxed person I swear but this rack alone has already cost us twice the amount of money we have spent on the rack on our bike repairs caused by this rack and we now have to buy another (not from them Absolutley will not go with this brand again) Here’s what to expect from this bike rack if you have bigger e bike tires expect to replace them the first time you use this rack we had to buy all four new tires (the bolts inside the wheel racks dug holes into all the tires) 2nd you’ll be carrying your e-bike inside your vehicle we have only used this rack for maybe 3 weeks and the 2 wheel racks completely tore in half yes in half down below are photos and we where under the “weight limit” 3rd the poles to hold the middle of your bike LOOSE and I mean extremely loose within a week of use for us we tried tightening them and they just come undone within miles it’s completely loose again and you can expect extremely fast rusting on most areas of this rack I’m extremely upset with the rack and the damage it’s put on our bikes please re consider your options and opt for a better rack learn from our experience! We are now on the road and will have to go out of our way to have a new more improved rack delivered! Not worth your money and the quality is terrible!

As I get older, this bike rack works better for me. My previous four bike rack had two arms sticking out about the height of the tailgate and you had to lift the bike and work it through the arms to mount them. This rack is lower to the ground and requires little lifting. Since my truck has high ground clearance, I bought a four inch drop receiver adapter that puts the bike rack even lower. The rack did wobble in the receiver so I purchased a nut and bolt kit. The nut slides in the receiver and has wings that keep it from moving. The bolt tightens the two pieces and takes care of the wobble. If someone wants to steal the rack, they better have the tools to remove the bolt.

This is an excellent rake for the money, but there are two things prospective customers should know: 1. The straps used to secure the wheels or other parts of the bike to the rake do not hold and are useless. You need to get some velcro or cargo straps to do the job. Fortunately I had some to use after a short trip with the rack showed the straps were all loose. 2. The rack does not lock to the hitch. I will have to drill out the threads on the 5/8 threaded hole to put a conventional hitch lock on the rack so it will not be stolen with or without bikes on it. Alternatively, but not as secure, one could put a small padlock through the pinhole on the 5/8 screw. If these failings were addressed appropriately, I would give the rack a 5-star rating; it is super tough and strong and does the job.
