I try to insert my phone into case but it doesn't work.It seems that the connector of the case is a little higher than that of the phone and because of this I slightly scratched the holl of my phone

Not recommended, it doesn't hold it's charge very well after unplugging.

Product is physically ok, but battery barely does 30% charge and continuously keeps turning on and off while charging. For the money it's not very good outside of being a protective case and if you want that, get something cheaper and better.....

I love the idea of a case for your phone that contains extra battery, as I'm often running out of battery life. This case has a lot of great features, such as charging at the same time as your phone, showing how charged it is with LEDs, and allowing you to switch between whether you are using the phone battery or the case battery with the touch of a button. However, for me it doesn't really work due to the size, shape and materials of the case.The case is super heavy, and all the weight is concentrated down one end, so it makes the phone feel unwieldy, particularly when taking photographs. There is no grip, nothing to provide friction, just a smooth surface, so this makes it even trickier and makes me feel like I'm going to drop the phone. The case also requires you to slide the phone in at exactly the right angle to allow the connectors to line up, which can be fiddly.For me this isn't a success because while it does add battery life, it makes the phone awkward to use out and about, and of course using the phone out and about is the main reason you need more battery! It's slightly less cumbersome than using a separate battery pack, but only just. Great idea but needs some fine tuning in the design.

I did find this case easy to use, the trick is to slide it in from the top slowly, taking care to check the ports are aligned. Pressing the button at the back starts the charge and it charges on fast charge. I think this case works well as a battery boost or emergency charge, but I did notice that after using once the battery was already dead which means you have to recharge it after every use. However, it does charge up whilst also charging your phone so you can do both in one go instead of remembering to recharge it. The case is also very bulky and tips when you place your phone down as the battery is contained to the bottom of the case rather than spread out. Definitely better than carrying around an extra portable battery, but the chunkiness and weight essentially means you've stuck that portable battery onto your phone instead of holding it separately, rather than this case easing that aspect.

I've had this type of case for other makes of phone and always liked the convenience of extra power when you need it.CONS: It's a heavy case - it has to be given the battery. It's not so heavy that you can't carry it, but you definitely know it has some heft.PROS: It charges itself and then the phone if you plug in a cable so it's very convenient to use.It holds enough charge to see you through even a heavy phone usage day or two.Excellent if you like to travel overnight and don't want to take a cable and charger with you.It's probably not for everyone, but for anyone who does use their phone enough to end up with 1% near the end of the day, it can be a lifesaver. If that's you then this is a good battery case.

i do like this case but it doesnt seem to supply the amount of life i was expecting. its not too expensive but i just dont feel it justifies the price tag considering the lack of power. it looks nice and feels nice on my phone but it just doesnt do the job well enough.
