Kent means trust and purity of water. I am existing and satisfied customer of Kent. And hence no surprised I bought this new model of Copper for my new Penthouse at a high rise building. Installation was super fast and was get attended on the same day of placing the call. They may take 24 hours for some areas. Water quality and taste is perfect and its crystal clear, no smell and with copper goodness. This comes with a 4 years free service as well. So have to pay only for filters post warranty. Easy to install (wall or top). Almost no sound (very low) while purifying water. Tap could be use without electricity. We are very happy to have this. Highly recommended.

KENT IS ALWAYS GREAT......My family have been using KENT from last 12 years....the machine is really great, Comes at a good price, Till now who so ever i told to buy KENT they aren't disappointed....Before I was using KENT Grand, this time i ordered Elegant Copper just for an upgrade, The water taste is awsome, my two year old daughter loves to drink this water. Overall experience is good. One minor Con : Its makes a bit motor noise while refeling the tank. **One more thing i would like to add , if Kent could have made the inner tank of copper.

It purifies the water very fast and is very good in my area iron is about 1400 TDS and it purifies it easily and is very healthy for drinking

Good product

The media could not be loaded. Purifier is fine but water drops keep coming out from the outlet pipe for hours when the power switch is off.Taste is ok. Purification Speed is good. Installation was done on time. Service center has asked an update on the purifier and I have updated them on the issue. Will update this review once it's fixed.

Good service from Kent and product is good

Installation of product is good and fast. I didn't have to wait for a day for installation as the product is delivered ,the installation service is done quickly with in 3 hours .The service is good and the product is working properly.
