I love this product!!
This product is just what I needed to add organization to our home. It has 8 racks of storage customizable to varying needs. It was easy to install. It wasn’t very heavy, so it was great for an on the door application. I bought another one for my mom’s house I liked it so much.

Here's how I installed it
I like this product but there is no way I would install it with the manufacturer hardware - which is plastic rails and cheap drywall anchors. I've installed it and filled it up with heavy jars of peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, cans, etc. What I did is bought two wire shelf tracks. You can buy these in any home improvement store in 72" or 84" lengths. (search "Shelf Track" at home improvement box store site.) The product comes with plastic tracks in pieces that can be linked together that also come up to 72" I believe.I linked the manufacturer's plastic tracks together and placed them on the store-bought metal shelf track and taped them back-to-back. I clamped the assembly to an old 2x4 and used the manufacturer's tracks as a template to drill holes in the shelf track at the correct intervals --- probably about 30 holes in all for each of 2 tracks. Then I threw the cheap plastic tracks away.Next I took the shelf track and lined it up on my six-panel door and marked the location in the shelf track where the pre-drilled anchor holes in the shelf track (not the holes I drilled, but the manufacturer drilled anchor holes) lined up with the flat portions of the door. I chose 3 locations for each track - top, bottom, middle - you could use 4 locations. I then removed the tracks and drilled with a cordless drill large holes in my hollow-core door - large enough for a toggle bolt to pass through (if you don't know what a toggle bolt is, just search "toggle bolt" on home improvement site). Finally I threaded the toggle bolt through the shelf track and then through bolt receiver for 3 locations on each of the two tracks ... and then popped them into the holes I drilled in my door. Finally, I tightened these up and they were super solid and strong. After you have them in, you can pop the baskets into the holes you drilled in the track. It works just like a peg board.Be sure when you buy the shelf track to buy the deeper type (there are two depths), so the pins from the basket have enough space. I'd recommend picking these tracks up directly at your local home improvement big box rather than buying online so you are sure to get the correct thing.Maybe this sounds like a lot of mods from what comes in the box - but to me it was worth it - I haven't seen anything similar that is sold that has a decent anchoring system.

Seller is great, product is wonky and incorrectly described.
The product does what it says, with all the shortcomings others have already pointed out. Heck, if you look at the display picture closely, the cans in the top row are bowing the shelf. This is NOT a heavy duty pantry shelf, in fact it would be a marginal standard rack at best for that purpose. This being said, I bought the rack because I needed to specifically store light weight items related to model building (tools and such) that were awkward to store but still needed to be relatively easy to reach. I also wanted something very inexpensive, and this item fits that bill perfectly for the money I wanted to spend. The model building tools and supplies weight is negligible, so there is no issue with the rack for this purpose. Mounted on the wall next to my building desk the rack looks good and does what I need it to do.I was slightly torn about the rating. For what I wanted it's great. Unfortunately the product suffers from a very serious drawback for it's advertised purpose.Ultimately, I decided the product gets only 3 stars because the mounting hardware IS TOTALLY wrong for mounting on a door. The included hardware is for dry-wall mounting (good for me in my situation!) - inserts to plug into a drilled hole that will expand when the screws are tightened. If trying to mount in a hollow door (the type of interior doors inside most homes) the inserts will work themselves loose very quickly. There is simply no support inside a hollow door for these inserts and screws. If you choose to mount the rack onto a hollow door anyway with the included hardware, don't be surprised when the intact rack - complete with screws still firmly mounted into their inserts) comes crashing down one day when you open the door.Mounting to a solid door would be difficult because the screws are tapped for dry-wall, which means their 'bite' will closer together than in a tradition wood screw. This will result in the same thing over time, the closeness of the groves will strip the wood around the screws and they'll begin working themselves out, but it will take longer. If you try to use the dry-wall plugs in a solid door, they are soft plastic and will simply deform when the screws are tightened and be unusable. If you plan on mounting this anywhere besides on a dry-wall, you will need to buy the proper mounting hardware.I would not recommend this for pantry use, but for storage of lightweight items on a wall this item works fine..

The size is perfect and it fits most of the items that I want. However, it is very cheaply made. The brackets are the junkiest plastic I have ever seen and the baskets are thin and comparable to dollar store baskets. I hope they hold; if not, I will have to keep my eye out for something sturdier. Somewhat disappointed but hopeful.
