This things works amazingly. You don’t really need the remote if you use the app. I think the only slightly glitchy issue is that you can’t just place it on the charger you have to tell it to go on the charger if it’s too close to a wall it will have problems. Other than that, it vacuums really well. No issues so far. I have not tried the mop function will update my review once I do.

Auto programming from my phone was perfect for my household, although the vac would consistently and repetitively attempted to go under my couch and frequently got stuck doing so. The vac's name was: "Damnit Martine"Unfortunately, it stopped taking a charge nine months into usage and I wasn't able to get through to the manufacturer for warranty via: emails and their disconnected phone line in New York.

I had this robot vacuum for less than a year and it stopped working one day. Soon after I got it I could not diffuse out how to connect it with my phone and Customer Service was NO HELP at all!! We eventually went with a more reputable company product, Shark, and although only a few days using it, find it much better to control and connect with my iPhone. It also has mapping and a couple of cleaning settings!!

The media could not be loaded.  Worked great for 6 months, then just stayed charger. Won’t go clean anymore.

I bought this vacuum for my elderly mother. Love that I can set up a schedule and control remotely. The set up was easy. The bin cleaning is easy enough that my mother who is not technically inclined can do it. This is a great way to help your elderly keep their space clean and feeling good without having to use a big vacuum cleaner.

Have only had for a few weeks. Very quiet. Does nice job if vacuuming. I like the mop function. Would recommend

I love the slimness of this product it gets under beds and couch’s. It runs really long and picks up the sand and hair from my dogs.

This robot vacuum was delivered to me in an opened box. The vacuum has been used, causing the precious customer’s trash to fall out onto my floor. Omg. [insert roar] I returned it and am waiting on my refund.
