I was very hesitant first to buy this plant. It was like, really?? How come such an exotic plant at so cheap rate. And i instantly ordered the product. Very supportive seller. Just after i ordered seller was constantly in touch and to my surprise they let me know that they will ship through truck as plant size is very big and it blew my heart. Just for few buck they will spend so much. I instantly denied thinking their cost. But they told me customer service is their topmost priority and they don't care about cost. Such a dedication is rare to be found. For such a big plant i had to buy a new house with enough space for the plant. And they really sent the plant through truck. I haedly managed with others to plant it with JCB. after planting it i saw the plant and lol it was indian black berry locally called jamun plant. I got furious and called them and seller's customer care was very supporting. They told me i can keep the plant and they are sending another blackberry plant through truck free of cost. My heart melt finding such a genuine, customer friendly seller who don't think about money at all. I politely refused their offer as i could not afford to buy another house for the another plant they were about to send.
