Sooo Good!!
I love the fact that it had low heat. My start with Kim chee. Very fresh and goes so well with other food. I like it. I know it's good for gut health and I will order again!

Freshness, crispness and more than delicious Kimchi
I have never ordered kimchi off the internet before and this was my first time. I usually just go the local asian market or go to my grandmas and snag one of her bottles, but i wanted try something new. I consume the kimchi as i am transferring the kimchi from the bag to the jar. The kimchi is absolutely delicious and is truly comparable to my grandmas.Choi’s white kimchi goes with everything, but its so tasty that i would just eat it on its own. Its evident in the crispness of the cabbage that this product is super fresh and this company only sources the best ingredients. If you are new to the kimchi scene or a kimchi enthusiast, I recommend Choi’s kimchi to anyone who wants a quality product that just hits the spot. Choi’s kimchi is absolutely delicious and the fact that its vegan is even more reason to eat this kimchi. Maybe i can actually leave a bottle of this at my grandmas next time, instead of snagging one ☝️.

A local favorite!
Originally found this local kimchi company at a small grocery store. Fell in love with the white kimchi! (Traditional spicy kimchi can be a bit too much for my stomach.) The flavor of this white kimchi is so good! Very fresh and tangy. Being able to get this in bulk is awesome! Just transferred it to a hermetic glass jar in the fridge and it's readily accessible as a snack or a side with dinner.

Terribly bitter, inedible. I threw it out.

Tasty Kim Chi (without hot pepper)
Very good and tasty product (kim chi, dykon, other veggies) but should NOT be stored in plastic bag, because the vinegar in the product will leach out toxic materials and or microplastic particles from the plastic!!!

Soooooo….
Honestly, I haven’t even tried them yet. I’ve bought this twice for my mom. She loves it! She cant really eat spicy food anymore but loves kimchi! When I found this online I had to get it for her. She eats a little bit every night and raves about it. I think I’m about to go ahead and buy some for myself now!
