Better quality than you would think at this price. I have found a set lasts several years and they react to the slightest breeze. I have tried more expensive spinners but went back to these.

Its great excep tfor the smallest wheel. It does not turn freely like the other two wheels. However my husband asked for these and is satisfied. I'm sure he will keep working on it till he gets it to spinning. Thank you for asking.
