Ice balls are the current fad. One big ball of ice in the high ball glass with a couple of shots of your favorite bourbon seems to be the 'thing' these days. So, why not a bunch of grape sized balls of ice in your favorite mixed drink? If that's your thing, this is the gadget for you. Following the directions, this device will produce enough ice in one making to chill down two beverages. (TIP... keep your alcohol in the freezer and your mixer in the fridge. That keeps your beverage colder longer and prevents melting and watering down. Also, use a good quality glass double wall glass.) This ice ball maker works very well. Good purchase. Five stars.

Good ice making concept, but good luck getting the ice out. You’ll have to thaw the lid a bit to even open it. Then you have to pull it open which takes a while to pry open without being scared of breaking it.Once you open, the ice clogs the opening a bit so you have to vigorously shake the container to get the ice out.I still like it, but Probably only good for around 2-3 glasses, so I don’t think it’s really worth the price.

I can’t get the ice out. Very hard to use. 😞

Great concept but impossible to pop apart when the ice is frozen. I have to wait until my husband can help me because I’m not strong enough. Regret buying since it was $30+ dollars.
