SunHeater Solar Heater, Includes Two 2’ x 20’ Panels (80 sq. ft.), 10-Year Warranty – Heating System for Inground Swimming Pools – Raises Water Temperature up to 15°F – S2220IG

We moved into a house that had an above ground swimming pool. The previous owners installed a set of 4 solar heater panels to help keep the pool nice and warm. Before moving the previous owners had an accident (everyone was ok) and dropped a brick on the panels and punctured them. We patched them but continued to have issues with them and decided to replace them. We bought 2 sets of 2 to replace all of them back in April of 2022. They were installed mid May of that year. The pool was already older and had issues that actually made it so we needed to replace it. The solar heater panels were only used for about 2 months before the pool was not able to be used anymore for the season.Fast forward to June 2023. The new pool has been installed professionally by the pool company. Everything is hooked up properly and the pool is full. When we went to turn on the system and start running water through everything, the solar panels included, water started spraying out of 2 of the 4 solar heater panels. Upon closer inspection each location where the panels were shooting out water had a weird “ridge” in the plastic and then a ruptured bubble in the middle. A picture is attached. These bubbles are on both the top and back sides of the panels.I have attempted to contact the company through email and phone to talk about a warranty claim. I have not heard anything back from the email and it has been about 5 days. I have tried calling their customer service number and I keep getting the message that their voice mailbox is full. Also the number that I call is not the same number that it says for the voicemail box.I am extremely disappointed in this product and also with the company.
