Works great!
Great value. We bought 2 for our 10 x 20 pool and run the filter about 8 hours a day. The water was 62 degrees straight out of the well 3 weeks ago and today it’s 90 degrees.

One season use
If you plan on installing this, buy multiple to replace every season. Just fired up our system and looking at somewhere around 8 holes are in various lines. Terrible quality

Not doing what I need done
I bought this heater because I have a series of ridiculous problems with a pool and it is the only kind I can use to heat my pool. One issue is that my pool is inside of a garage. It's the only flat spot on my property. So this heater sits out on the asphalt driveway in mostly full sun all day. The tiny shadow seen is the only one, for about an hour, from 8 am to about 3 pm when the other trees start to make more shade. Another issue is that I can't support electric heaters because the garage has to electricity (we use an extension cord for the pump). Not being able to use electricity, I was relying on solar to do the work. I have a 15 ft above ground pool and this 20 ft x 2 ft heater said it would raise the temp for my size pool by 10 degrees. So far, it only raises it by about 3 degrees. Maybe 5. I would need a LOT of these heaters to make a difference (you CAN connect multiples to do the job). At $145 each, I can't do that right now. I'm disappointed. But it *is* working, so there's that.

Defective on delivery
I spent several hours setting up this brand new solar panel replacing one that had a cracked manifold that was not fixable. When I hooked it up I found 2 holes in this brand new panel. See photos. I emailed customer service at Sun Heater and am waiting to hear back. Needless to say this is not very good quality control. I will contact customer service and update this review when I hear back from them.Well it’s been a week or so and I have not been contacted by customer service at SunHeater after sending a support request through Amazon. The phone number for SunHeater in the included instructions is for a mailbox that is full so no way to contact them that way. What I did to fix the 2 holes is to cut away the tube and screw a stainless steel sheet metal screw into the tube. So the panel does not leak anymore but is slightly less effective because one of the water channels has been eliminated. I figure this is less hassle than packing up the solar panel, returning to Amazon and ordering a new one. Disappointing that customer service never contacted me.Overall these panels are effective in raising the temperature of our above ground pool. I’ve owned 4 of them over the past 15 years and 4 of them plumbed together in parallel keep our pool 80-90 deg living in Washington state. They are cheaper than similar solar panels and quality control and customer service is not ideal but for the price I think they are worth it.
