I have literally worked with hundreds of thousands of zip ties rigging stuff up, and while these are for personal use, I don't see them as thst bad. ESPECIALLY for the cost. The heavy duty zip ties you might want can be like $1-2 EACH. Granted those are for if you want zero liability worry, but if you're that concerned why the hell are you using even heavy duty zipties alone? Why not secure with sash every so many feet as well? There is a review about them breaking... I tried one of the 8 inches, yeah I broke it. But it says 22 lbs.... I could probably break an 80+ lb zip tie. Idk. I got em for light duty like securing plywood backing on a utility shelf, and they work great considering each pack size worked out to like $1.75 **Q: What is the width of these? 2.5mm? 3.0mm?** A: The 12” ones measure 2.5mm wide, and the 4” ones measure 2mm wide.
