Good Introduction
Still reading. Random thoughts:Wish there were more pictures of the muscle groups, went to internet for the pics. My local rec centre has more machines but I consider this book to be a good start to a fitness program. Hope I don’t get injured.

loved it, bought my kindle copy so I can ...
I discovered this book at my library after I got tired of over paying for trainers at the gym, loved it, bought my kindle copy so I can easily take it on the road. This book contains everything you need to put together your own customized strength and cardio fitness plan. I highly recommend it for anyone at the beginner or intermediate level. It covers advance level, but I haven't gotten there yet.

Maybe more of a beginners Bible
While the book does have a lot of good info I was hoping for more specifics on how different postures in the same movements will stress (target) different muscular aspects. I did find a small amount of 'variation' info just not as much as I'd hoped,... esp. considering it's a ''Bible''. I feel the info contained seems more basic and doesn't have much in depth explanations.
