I didnt find these painful at all. They really massage your feet and its a pleasant sensation. I think the sizes run small though. Mine are a little small so I will give them to my daughter and order the next one up.

I'm a size 6 & ordered 6.5-7.5, they're smaller than I'd like and a bit tight. Feel a little strange but hopefully they'll still be good for my feet.

These r horrible, hurt ur feet, they have got hard sole,s n not comfortable at all, I sent mine back.
