Review: A Great Upgrade For My Stanley Backpack Sprayer! - I have a 20-year-old Stanley 4-gallon Backpack Sprayer, (Stanley 61804N), and the Nozzle tip had become unreliable. I searched for parts at Stanley, and with a household name like that, I thought that I would come up with something...Nada! That turned out to be a good thing, these replacement parts fit perfectly, and frankly the assortment of spray heads is a huge bonus! The nozzle tip is far superior in construction than the OEM tip that came with my sprayer, very robust! For the way my home is landscaped, I will probably only use the Brass nozzle tip to precisely hit the singular weeds that are prevalent in the southwest where I live, and the high-volume fan spray for the bush-like weeds that come our way. Everything functioned well out of the box, and there were no drips from the fittings. An added bonus is the clear description of the individual parts on the seller's page...thanks! I am so impressed but wondering why my Stanley backpack sprayer never offered any other nozzles since I probably paid $65.00 in 2005 dollars for it. If and when the Stanley unit dies on me, I will look to Smith to see if they offer backpack sprayers, it is obvious they make quality products.
