Perfect for a table vendor presentation
I think this product is very worth it. It came to me very quickly too. I have a deadline coming up and I am so glad to see it turned out so nicely. I highly recommend this product. The simplicity of it and very light weight is all so perfect for traveling to events.

Bright and Speedy
We ordered a stand up banner for a major trade show in November. Reproduction of our artwork was perfect and delivery was even quicker than originally scheduled. Great company to deal with and a great product worth the price.

Lack of communication with supplier. Slow ship time. Print does not match custom order.
Color was great and quality is nice. However I will not be able to use my sign. The picture printed is smaller than the design space proof provided on the customization page on order screen. No communication or proof was provided before print. The item shipped later than quoted during ordering. Overall I am not happy with the purchase.

Warning! Extremely poor print quality
I ordered a popup stand from Viola Print via Amazon. After I approved the pdf proof they sent me, I received the pop-up stand. However, you will notice in the attached photos, the print is extremely grainy. I notified them of the issue and they asked for a higher resolution photo. I complied and received another equally grainy and pixelated print. After I brought it to their attention, they asked me to send in an SVG file of the photo. SVG is not a support file format to upload via the Amazon portal in which we were communicating. I asked for an email address to send the file to and waited three days with no response. I then asked for my money back. Which I have not received.Therefore, my only conclusion is to warn anyone to NOT use this company due to the disconnect between their proofing process and printing process.

Catches the eye
Like the size, wish the formatting could have been a little better (the proof was different from the finished product) but overall great product for the price paid.

Phenomenal customer service and quality product
Amazing quality and more importantly the customer service was amazing. I submitted images for printing that were the incorrect size for what I needed. This seller contacted me and request the correct size. They knew I needed this asap. And made sure I met my deadline. I am for ever grateful!

This company is great. They were very helpful and communicative with giving me exactly what I wanted. Final product came out looking beautifully and works very smoothly. I would definitely order products from this company again.
