This powder has a very mild taste, and I mix with my morning coffee. I can just barely taste the mushroom blend but it's not unpleasant and I can still enjoy my coffee. It can also be mixed with food. I will try this next. I noticed my blood pressure seems lower since I've been taking this.

This powder is one of my main GO-TOs for health and wellness. The benefits are amazing and scientifically proven; the quality must be quite fantastic because using this caused some of my issues to dissolve, but I don't think I can list them here because I am not a doctor, but I personally know that using this for gut health contributed greatly to my recovery.

Use it with instant decaf coffee. Doesn't taste great but I squeeze a little lemon in and it's pretty good....or I've gotten use to it. Point is that it's good for you!

I purchased this because I learned how mushrooms have so many amazing health benefits. After tons of research on the best overall products, brands, best versions without GMOs and organic..I landed on this one. Saying that, the taste is rough. Its kinda like drinking dirt in my coffee. BUT, I honestly do not think there is a way around it. Its a true mushroom powder blend. If it tasted like vanilla, we would wonder what is up, right?? My husband ended up taking it over and enjoyed it way more. The health benefits do outweigh the negative taste but just have to add that important tid bit. AND he liked it enough to purchase it twice! :) *The powder does mix well *** I think for me, I'm going to look for something in a pill form - the powder was just hard to allow me to enjoy but you might like it!

Woah!! Where to start.... I have a few points. First, I don’t care for energy enhancing products. I love coffee but it makes me jittery. I took this for the first time today and holy crap I feel amazing. It’s 11pm and I still feel wonderful. Normally I wake up around 9 or 10am. I woke up earlier today and not once felt like I needed a nap throughout the day! I dont feel weird or jittery. It just feels like a good clean energy. Next, my mental clarity is absolutely better. I take supplements and never notice anything. This changes so much that you actually notice it. I will say that I already take 2 lion mane capsules everyday in my normal routine. So, I’m getting a good bit more. The reishi is supposed to help too. The flavor is something that a lot of you seem to mention. Some hate it and some are indifferent. Honestly, you’re drinking mushroom powder. It isn’t filled with fake sugars or other bullshit. It’s just straight up plants. It has an earthy flavor that doesn’t bother me at all. I added it to my lemon water this morning and it was fine. I think anyone that is sensitive to earthy flavors should mix with coffee or another drink like Pom juice. Lastly, my mental health checkin. Someone mentioned this is great for depression and anxiety. Well, I’ve been on a crazy rollercoaster the past couple months. Every. Single. Day. Today, nothing. I was happy go lucky. My anxiety didn’t bother me once. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had one of these days. I would take it for this and this alone if nothing else. I’m in awe of how it’s working for me. I normally try to wait a week to review after taking something new, but I was way too excited. I’ll edit my review in a week if anything changes. Also, OM should give the tiktok girl a year of free supplements or something. Lol. She’s been keeping them sold out almost!

Dissolved ok. Far more residue than Stamet’s or Myco Guardians. Stronger mushroom flavor compared to the other 2 and I’m not crazy about the undissolved powder on bottom of mug. I like the mushroom mix. I dislike the pouch package. The others come in tubs with screw on lids and little scoops. The bag doesn’t fit as well in the cabinet, inevitably the zip top isn’t closed well so dust puffs out or it spills in the cabinet. So 3 stars, seems like a nice mushroom mix but doesn’t dissolve well, stronger flavor than I prefer in mushroom cacao and not crazy about the packaging.

I love love love this product. I have tried numerous mushroom products, stand alone mushroom supplements, as well as the coffee mixes supplements. When taken daily, I truly feel better, more energy, my moods fluctuate less, I also find it helps with digestive issue as well. If I skip for a few days I can really tell the difference. This is the first mushroom product I’ve tried that didn’t cause an gastrointestinal upset, which is great. I prefer to add to smoothie ( honestly you can barely tell it is in there), but I also love that I can add to my coffee. I’m a very busy working mom, and some days it is much easier to just add a scoop to my coffee, you do have a to give a good mix! But it doesn’t change coffee taste what do ever, and you don’t end up with gritty coffee which is huge in my book! Also side note/not medical advice my kids love it as well!! Definitely worth giving a shot in this Mommas opinion!
