These sponges last longer than plastic sponges! I’ve used the same sponge for 2 months now vs plastic sponges that fall apart in a month or less. This sponge is used multiple times a day, cleans great on both sides, and holds water/soap great. The size quality, and durability is unmatched and I would 100% recommend.

So far so good. Only have had it about a week. Same thickness and feel of standard sponges out there. No weird smell. Cleans well and feels like I'm being responsible. Gives me peace of mind that I'm using safer products in the house.

I switched for regular sponges to biodegradable kitchen sponges a while ago. I used to buy another brand but I noticed that they started to stink. The smell was unpleasant so I started a research for another's. These sponges are totally odorless the only con is that they don't last longer like the other ones I had before but I'm okay with it. I prefer odorless sponges much better.

These are durable and last a long time and I love that they’re compostable. These sponges can withstand tough scrubbing, indoors and outdoors. I’ll definitely purchase again.

I wanted a sponge that didn’t contain plastic so I ordered these. These are exactly what I wanted. Eco friendly, durable & clean well. Great product & will definitely purchase them again.

In my original review, I complained about the poor adhesive quality of the glue keeping the sponge and coconut husk fiber together. I wrote: The sponge is absorbent and the coconut husk fiber cleaNed very well. I think the price is reasonable and the fact it can go right into the composter is wonderful. BUT, in my pack of 12, most of the sponges separated from the coconut husk backing within 2-3 uses. I continued to used them separately until it was time to replace (about a month). But a few of the sponges adhered to their coconut husk backing for the whole month and that was excellent. Seems like there is inconsistency in their product. I hope the company is able to resolve this because it’s a great alternative to regular sponges. The seller refunded my purchase and encouraged me to purchase another box, which I did. So far, every sponge has stayed glued to the coconut husk. I am very happy with this product now and would recommend it (plus I give 5 stars for excellent customer service)

Love this plastic-free and biodegradable alternative to plastic cleaning sponges! I just throw it out in my garden waste when it needs changing. When you first try them they feel a little tough but they very quickly soften and you get used to them. They don’t scratch and they clean just as well. The packaging is also fully recyclable (just cardboard - no cello tape or other plastic like many of the other similar products out there). Good size and thickness, odourless and versatile - I use them for dishes, bathroom, kitchen worktop and any other scrubbing or wiping needs. Would never go back to plastic. I also used to hate touching a dry plastic sponge, gave me goosebumps but not an issue with this natural product.

Bought these because I wanted something a bit more eco-friendly than the usual fluorescent yellow sponge that somehow survives longer than civilisation itself. First impressions were great. They scrub well, don’t fall apart after a couple of washes, and they’re surprisingly good at getting burnt-on food off pans without scratching them. They rinse out easily and don’t develop that mysterious “wet sponge smell” after a few days. Yesterday I finished washing up and somewhere in the distance I heard David Attenborough whisper, “Good.”

I'm gradually trying to remove harmful products from my daily routine and saw an advert on social media for a particular brand but decided it would be safer to look on Amazon and saw these. So far I am very happy with them. They do a comparable job to the plastic supermarket sold varieties and are not too expensive. I have only tried one to date but certainly works. One nice bonus is they seem less abrasive on my knives so hoping they won't blunt them like normal scourers do. Found them to be a little stiff to start with but after a few days they are much more flexible. They also regain stiffness if left to dry but become supple again once wet. The only thing I have noticed is the scourer side is made of what appears to be coconut fiber and my pad has shed the odd strand but nothing I would complain about. Can't comment on durability but the first one has been in use for over a week and is standing up to the wear and tear. Given a couple to my sister to try in the hopes I can convert her and I would certainly order again.

They work very well. They are smaller than the plastic foam ones but I think that is an advantage as they are easier to use especially in small items. I'm very pleased with them and will definitely be buying more.
