Nice to have peace of mind
This is not a full box but more like a lid with legs. Feels very secure and is made with quality in mind. I have no worries leaving stuff in it. Took about 15 minutes to assemble and install. I have an organizer tray and they complement each other very well. Leaves access for the charging port. Definitely feel I got my money's worth.

SECURE YOUR ITEMS WITH CONFIDENCE
The fit in my 2017 Tundra is spot on, goes in like a glove and is secured by four bolts provided. Have a 10mm socket on hand to take the factory bolts out and an allen wrench to install the new bolts. The security console itself is made of a sturdy gauge metal and has a heavy duty locking mechanism. Will this stop the professional thief with time to pick a lock or has tools on hand cut apart the plastic console? Probably not; however, I believe this would stand up against the smash-n-grab screwdriver-carrying POS looking to get in/out quickly.

Great, sturdy safe with minor install issues
Wanted to get this in order to secure my valuables and handgun. I was a bit concerned at first with the fact that it wasn't a "box" safe, but simply a top with legs. Once I installed it, I realized that it was just the same as a full safe. It secures with the provided bolts into OEM holes of the console. The steel that this safe is made out of is extremely solid and once put together and secured to the console, it barely moves. I feel comfortable leaving my valuables and firearms in this when I am outside of the car. It will most likely not block a seasoned and prepared car thief, but not much will. The more likely smash and grab thieves will not get into this safe and it will definitely protect your belongings.Cons: The install is simple and took me about 15 minutes. The downside- The smaller screws that put together some of the plates are finicky. The holes don't always line up perfectly and take some maneuvering to get them to line up. Ended up working fine but took a few extra minutes to do so.Add-ons. The one thing I have purchased in addition to this is an organizer to go on top so that the safe is not visible and so that it is not blocked from opening. The other addition that I am looking at is to change out the key lock for a combo lock. Other reviewers have mentioned this and it is a cheap option from the same company. I will review that once I get it. For now, the key works just fine but I did get a removable keyring for the key so I don't have to turn off my car to access my safe.

Very happy with this lock box.
It goes together fairly easy and installs without much effort. You will need a 10MM socket to remove screws in the console and a 5/32 hex head wrench to install included screws. And thats where the fun begins. All go in pretty easy but the front right one will take a little more patience and time.I didn't have a socket bit with a swivel attachment but I imagine that would be the best way to do it.Otherwise you will have to turn the screw about 1/3 of a turn and readjust your hex tool.Be sure to tighten the lock washer on the hinge so the lid wont drop down. There is room to use a gun magnet to hold a pistol if you chose to do so.I would have liked a little thicker steel for the price but once its installed it looks like it would take someone some time and bigger tools than what your normal scumbag car burglar tends to carry around.

Sturdy solution for peace of mind
My 2020 TRD Pro Tundra came with a center console tray and side wracks, so to insert and install this safe was a bit tricky. I had to partially assemble the safe, leaving the front panel off until I inserted the cage part in. Then the tricky part was to fit the holes where the screws go in a way that does not damage the thread on the bolts. It had to be tightened in each bolt a little bit at a time. Then once the cage part was bolted in tightly, I was able to screw in the front part after inserting it from the inside out. I know it sounds all conveluted but was the only way I could install it without causing any damage. It worked out well at the end and the safe feels sturdy. For peace of mind, I would recommend this style of safe to keep valuables in the vehicle.

Fits perfectly in 2019 Tundra
This "safe" basically puts a secure metal lid over 7" of your console. It is heavy gauge steel and should cause any thief major problems that would cause them to have to destroy the console to gain entry. It fits snugly inside the console and allows access to electric plug.It took me about 30 minutes to assemble and install. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, 10mm socket, 4mm hex & a small wrench.I placed a "VanJing" tray over the safe, which fit perfectly, leaving about 1 1/2 inches of space between the two.I am happy with both.

Key doesn't unlock it anymore, piece of crap, don't buy...
It was cool until both my keys for the safe stopped working all of a sudden. I have $800 dollars trapped in there that I can't get out and tried to reach the company for help with no response. Waste of money plus the cash I can't get out. So over a $1000 dollars wasted right now. Find something else...

Great buy
this is just a outer frame that fits in the center console. It does seem very secured & heavy duty. I fell conformable leavening my valuables in it ( cash, gun,& jewelry. I love that its low profile and it was a breeze to install.. Only wish they would include a free tray to set on top of it ...lol.. but that may be asking for to much..lolDefiantly worth buying... the pic on file is just what it looks like I thought of posting one on the inside but chose not to for security reasons ..
