These are pure, nutty, delicious buckwheat crunch! I love them.
For me, these are more delicious and healthier alternative to rice and corn cakes. These seem like puffed buckwheat condensed into small disks and the make a great vehicle for any topping. They are also delicious on their own.I saw the reviews about the english label being wrong, mine came without a translation so I can't be sure of what's in them but I eat a lot of buckwheat generally and these taste like buckwheat to me. For what it's worth, the manufacturers website and google translate indicates the ingredients as: "Buckwheat unground, vitamin-mineral mixture "Kolosok-1" (B1, B2, B6, PP, folic acid, iron). Gluten Free!"I will definitely buy these again!

They taste good...
I'm not at all happy with this purchase. According to the listing each crispbread has 30KCAL and no salt. The nutrition label on the product itself states that each crispbread has 280 Calories,110mg of sodium and zero fiber. A slice of grocery store white bread appears, nutrition wise, to be a healthier and far more budget friendly option. They are very tasty and thus 2 stars instead of one...

Buckwheat VS Rice cake
Buckwheat cakes were more flavorful, had good texture and held together better than rice cakes

English sticker is incorrect
On February 2019 another reviewer took a picture of a label written in English which was showing the calorie content as 280/piece. This is incorrect. 280 is the calories for the entire package. There are 10 pieces in a packages. That results in 28 calories/piece. If you have a friend that can read Russian have them read the original label and ignore the English sticker some American company placed on it. These are delicious and very healthy. No guilt!!
