What hardware is included? Do I need special tools for installation?

Each package includes 4 expansion screws, 4 regular screws, and a detailed instruction manual. You only need a drill for concrete walls; no special tools required.

What if my package arrives without keys or hardware?

All key-lock models include 2 keys and a set of mounting hardwares. If any parts are missing, we will solve problems for you within 24 hours.

Is this mailbox truly theft-proof? Can someone reach inside through the slot?

The slot allows insertion of standard mail but is too narrow for a full hand to enter—only fingers may fit. To prevent retrieval, ensure items are fully dropped inside and not left protruding.

Is this mailbox waterproof? Can it be installed outdoors?

This mailbox has a water-resistant exterior, but water may seep through its welded steel joints (common for metal mailboxes). For better water protection and longer life, install it in a sheltered spot. The mailbox itself is not fully waterproof.
