This is a great little tool to help stop your dog from eating too fast! We have a miniature dachshund who LOVES his food and will inhale anything we feed him to the point where he'll sometimes throw it back up because he's eaten it too quickly. We tried feeding him his dinner with this slow feeder insert inside his usual bowl and it worked a treat! It took him a good while longer to be able to pick all the kibble out of his bowl, which is exactly what we needed. It's super easy to put in the bowl and to take it back out, and just as easy to wash it ready for his next meal! I also love that it's designed to be cuttable so it fits bowls of pretty much any shape or size. I would 100% recommend this if your dog has no control over how quickly they eat!

Nothing is going to make my dog a leisurely eater but this fits perfectly in his bowl and makes sure he can’t gulp things down. Because little bits of food can get caught around the silicon, he stands for quite a while licking everything, which means he isn’t going mad running around the second he’s finished, either. A happy customer and a happy hound!

I was a bit dubious about how flexible this is but it does work and slows eating. It's great that you can fit it in existing bowls. Easy to clean.

Love the flexible rubber. Still slows down a ravenous labrador really well. Seems very sturdy. Certainly better than a slow feeder bowl, which a labrador's broad snout won't fit in..

The product is well designed, was shipped quickly and it works well. The only downside is that it seems to hold the stench of the dog food, even after cleaning. We use dry kibble, salmon flavoured and no matter how hard we clean, the smell of salmon still lingers. May be fine with chicken and other flavours but we haven’t tried them.

Works really well it has slowed down the time my dog takes to eat his food considerabley, he used to bolt down his food so fast now he takes 2 to 3 minutes which I think is mutch better for his digestion

Highly recommend if your dog likes to eat their meal in one breath! This has slowed our dog down from eating it within 10 seconds to adding a couple of minutes, sometimes he leaves a few behind and goes back later too. Very easy to clean and sticks securely in his bowl.

Brilliant! It really slowed down the length of time my 5 month old black lab ate his food. I think it took her about 10 times longer! It didn't put her off eating it, she hesitated initially but soon got stuck in.

This product is a must for dogs that gobble their food down without chewing it first. This is very unhealthy for them, and as a pet owner, they will frequently vomit up what they gobble down. I have 3 large dogs that get fed in their crates as 2 are slow eaters and 1 inhales her food. I have had other slow feeder inserts in the past, that only had one suction at the bottom. She was able to easily dislodge it. Then I got a slow feeder bowl, which worked fine. But I wanted to get new bowls for the dogs which meant looking for another slow feeder insert. I liked this one because it has many suctions on the bottom, which doesn't budge, it's a high quality silicone, and it has enough "portions" to slow down the feeding while the design is simple and uncomplicated, making cleaning easy. I liked it so much that I got one for my daughter's dog, who is my girls littermate, who also inhales his food. He knows how to dislodge his slow feeder insert, so this one will be perfect for him. I also like the size of this product. I fits my new round bowls, but also fits perfectly into my daughters dogs tear drop shaped bowl. Also, the "wings" can be cut to fit smaller bowls,
