मैने यह product मंगाया था लेकिन मुझे डिलीवर करने के लिए संपर्क ही नहीं किया गया और product वापस कर दिया गया क्योंकि जो delivery boy है वह 50 किमी दूर से आता है, product बड़ा होने के कारण वापस कर दिया।जबकि जो item size में छोटे होते है वह मुझे लाकर देते हैं

Quality standard and replacment management
Let me share good and not good parts. It is a decent product, good utility and design.. plastic quality also looks fine. However, the look and feel is not new...maybe storage is not proper or whatever is the reason. There is also a small hole on the product and minor scratches.. the replacement process is poorly managed. Once a wrong color was sent, another time (2nd attempt to order) returned product was resent.
